Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

Cuadre is developed and maintained by David Bonilla ("the Developer", "we", "us"). For any question about this Privacy Policy or your data, write to us at contactosharklin@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

Financial data you enter (accounts, transactions, categories, budgets and goals): stored only on your device. There is no account to create, no server to sign in to, and no copy of your financial data anywhere but your phone.

Comments and suggestions: if you use the "Comments" section in Settings, the app opens your own email app with the message already written, including basic context such as the app version and platform. Nothing is sent until you press send, and it is sent by you, from your own email account.

We do not include advertising or third-party commercial trackers, and we do not collect browsing data for marketing purposes.

3. How we use your data

To make the app work: calculations, reports, budgets, projections and goals are generated locally from the information you enter.

To read and respond to the comments, questions or support requests you choose to email us.

We never sell, rent or share your financial data for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Who we share information with

Nobody. Your financial data never leaves your device, so there is no third party to share it with.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data security

Your data is protected by your device itself: it lives in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. You can add a PIN, pattern or fingerprint lock inside the app, and backups you export can be encrypted with a passphrase you choose. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

6. Your rights and control over your data

Cuadre works entirely offline and has no accounts: your data never leaves your device in the first place.

You can export a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Data → Export backup, and restore it later.

You can permanently delete all your data from Settings → Data → Delete all data, or by uninstalling the app. Since we hold no copy, that deletion is final and complete. See our data deletion instructions for details.

7. Data retention

Your data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. We retain nothing, because we receive nothing.

8. Children

Cuadre is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you inside the app. The date of the latest update always appears at the top of this document.
